At ages 9–12 a player's ceiling is set less by talent than by how he handles failure, pressure and coaching. DG Elite trains all four pillars directly, every session. Your support keeps that standard on the field.

01 Failure is data Every bad at-bat carries information. Players learn to ask what happened instead of just feeling bad about it.
